PropertyManagementHelp.com Launches as a Free, Independent Resource for Landlords and Property Managers
A new education resource for the property management industry went live this week. PropertyManagementHelp.com launched as a free, independent library of guides for landlords, real estate investors, and property management companies, built around the practical questions that operators face day to day.
The site was founded by Landon Murie, a rental property investor and former owner of a property management company. Murie also runs Goodjuju Marketing, named the 2026 Category Leader in Website and SEO by PropertyManagement.com.
A response to how search is changing
The launch arrives as online search shifts toward answers generated by AI. Google now surfaces AI Overviews above traditional results, and a growing share of people ask tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity their questions directly. Those systems pull from published sources. When accurate, clearly organized information exists, they cite it. When it does not, they approximate.
Murie says that shift is what prompted the site.
“Most property management information online is either thin content written to rank, or good material locked behind a course or a paywall,” Murie said. “As search moves to AI, the industry needs a clean, accurate, freely available source these systems can actually pull from. That was the gap I wanted to fill.”
Built by an investor, an operator, and a marketer
Murie’s background spans the three audiences the site serves. He has invested in rental property as an owner. He built and ran his own residential property management company, growing it to 172 doors in 15 months. He now runs a marketing agency built exclusively for property managers.
That progression, from investor to operator to marketer, is uncommon in a field where most educational content comes from a single vantage point.
What the site covers
PropertyManagementHelp.com organizes its content by audience. Separate sections address individual landlords, real estate investors, and property management company operations, as well as local market information and free tools.
Early coverage focuses on the fundamentals landlords ask about most. For example, the site’s tenant screening section walks through the process from application to approval, along with tool recommendations, including the legal considerations that trip up newer landlords. Additional guides cover leasing, maintenance, and eviction procedures, with plans to build templates, checklists, calculators, and location-specific guides.
All of it is free, with no registration and no paywall.
“I sell marketing to property managers for a living, so building a free resource might look backward,” Murie said. “But this industry taught me everything I know, and good information should not be hard to find. If a guide here helps a landlord avoid a bad tenant, or helps a new manager run a cleaner process, it did its job.”
